I’m Jen, founder of Fridge Flair™ and a single mom to two boys. Before launching this brand in January 2025, I spent nearly a decade of real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business, and a deep belief that small businesses can change lives.

What started as a creative idea quickly grew into something bigger. I saw how expensive and complicated this industry had become — $1,000 courses, premium-priced machines, monthly app fees — and I knew there had to be another way.
