Our manufacturer covers all tariffs and duties — so our Fridge Flair™ customers will never face surprise charges at delivery.

📦 Shipping
How Long is the Lead Time/Processing Time for Your Magnet Machine Kits?
Regular ordering (outside of the initial pre-orders) on both the machine kits and supplies have a production/processing time of typically and approximately one (1) week.
Please understand the production, processing, and lead time may differ order to order with an average processing time of one (1) week.
Once your order is shipped, the shipping times vary based on which shipping option you chose to go with during checkout. (See next question for Shipping Option Details).
What are the Shipping Options & How Long Will it Take?
After your order is processed (average lead/processing time is approximately 1 week), your order will ship out according to what option you chose during checkout.
Standard Shipping by sea, which means by boat, is approximately 30 days
Express Shipping is approximately 12 business/working days.
Because our products ship from overseas, your tracking number will begin updating once your package reaches our U.S. courier. Don’t worry — this is normal.
- Approximate Timelines: Shipping times are estimates. While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may happen on the courier’s end.
- Tracking Updates: You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

What About Tariffs/Import Fees?
We do our best to have our shipping couriers choose routes through non-tariff countries, so most likely you will not incur any, however, due to the ever-changing US tariff wars, this is completely out of our control.
You are responsible for paying any additional tariffs incurred and due at the US border and you would be notified directly from the shipping company (UPS or FedEx) on the tracking number information, once your order reaches the United States and begins to update with tracking information.
We are 100% transparent and up-front about this topic. Our customers appreciate our transparency, since there is no way to predict this ever-changing issue between country governments.
🧲 Machine & Supplies Compatibility
Are Your Magnet Supplies Compatible with Other Company's Machines?
We recommend that you order a "tester" sample pack to test out in your machines first, before ordering the full supplies set.
If you have a similar-looking style machine from FMCrafts, Memory Magnets Co -- please email or message us pictures of your machine first and/or order a "tester" sample pack to test out in your machines. We recently learned from multiple customers from those companies that they possibly source from multiple suppliers now.
If you have a similar-looking style machine from ImpressiPrint, Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, or anywhere else, we recommend that you order a "tester" sample pack to test out in your machines first, before ordering the full supplies set.
Additionally, if you purchased a Fridge Flair™ magnet machine kit, and you end up using supplies that are not purchased through us and your machine gets damaged, that is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty policy of our machines, as we cannot verify the quality or compatibility of supplies sourced elsewhere.
Our supplies are NOT compatible with any of the US machines (Tecre, mPro, Titan Press or American Button Machine).
Our supplies are not compatible with other styles of machines (plastic, combo metal/plastic, or rounded corner plastic type). If you are unsure, please reach out to us with any questions at hello@fridgeflair.com .
Do You Offer Test Supply Packs So I Can See if It Works on the Machine I Have?
Yes! We do have magnet supply sample test packs available. Currently, we have sample test packs for sizes 2"x2" and 2.5"x3.5" -- we will have more sample sizes soon. Please check out the Magnet Supply Sample page to order.
Will You Be Offering Acrylic Machine Kits or Refill Supplies?
Currently, we are only offering the magnet machine kits with the cardboard backings.
We will be offering both cardboard and acrylic refill supplies.
In the future, we may offer the magnet machine kits with the acrylic backings, but they cost more to ship due to weight. We are trying to keep costs down as much as possible for everyone.
Do I Have to Order Re-Supplies from Your Company?
Because we cannot verify the quality or compatibility of supplies sourced elsewhere, we recommend re-ordering your supplies through Fridge Flair™.
We only deal with one reputable factory/supplier for the machine kits and the supplies. We do not source your re-supplies from multiple suppliers, like other companies do. This is to protect the quality, consistency and compatibility of our products.

Do You Source Supplies from Different Manufacturers or Suppliers?
We only deal with one reputable factory/supplier for all of our Fridge Flair™ magnet machine kits and magnet-making supplies. We do not source your re-supplies from multiple suppliers, like other companies do. This is to protect the quality, consistency and compatibility of our products.
Why Are the 2x2 Refill Supplies More Expensive?
The 2"x2" refill magnet supplies are a bit higher in price because our manufacturer currently only offers Express Shipping for that size. We’re hoping they’ll add a By Sea option soon, which would lower the cost.
Our best guess is that the 2"x2" size has been the most popular and in-demand over the past couple of years, so they’ve prioritized faster shipping for it.
We've already encouraged them to expand their options — fingers crossed!
In the meantime, the 2.5"x2.5" and the 2.5x3.5" remain our most popular sizes in the square/rectangle category!
What is the Difference Between Cardboard Backings vs Acrylic Backings
The cardboard backings have a cleaner "tucked in" magnet look and closed corners. They are also lighter and cost less to ship.
Every ounce counts in shipping!
The acrylic backings, while sturdier, take extra steps in the magnet making process. The magnet is not "tucked in", instead it is placed on after you make the magnet on the magnet machine press. Acrylic is heavier and costs more to ship.
Can Your Machines Press BOTH Cardboard and Acrylic Backed Magnets?
YES! Our machines have capabilities to press both cardboard backed magnets and acrylic backed magnets. There is a small adjustment that you need to make to your machine and we provide those detailed instructions in your Machine Guide PDF.
Will You Be Launching Circle/Round Magnet Machine Kits Soon?
Yes! We definitely plan on launching the circle machine kits very soon, most likely in October.
The sizes we will launch first will be the 2.25" round and the 3" round.
They are very versatile and can make magnets, keychains, bottle opener magnets, mirrors, etc. Yes, we will have supplies for those items too, when we launch the round magnet machine kits.
What Kind of Paper Should I Use?
Recommended paper thickness to use 115-157 GSM. For example, those of you with an Epson 8550 or similar - Koala Inkjet Glossy Photo Paper 115gsm works great. We have more recommendations in your Getting Started Guide that will be emailed to you.
