How Long is the Lead Time/Processing Time for Your Magnet Machine Kits?
The machine kits and supplies have a production/processing time of typically and approximately one (1) week.
Please understand the production, processing, and lead time may differ order to order with an average processing time of one (1) week.
Once your order is shipped, the shipping times vary based on which shipping option you chose to go with during checkout. (See next question for Shipping Option Details).

What are the Shipping Options & How Long Will it Take?
After your order is processed (average lead/processing time is approximately 1 week), your order will ship out according to what option you chose during checkout.
Standard Shipping by sea, which means by boat, is approximately 30 days
Express Shipping is approximately 12 business/working days.
Because our products ship from our overseas warehouse, your tracking number will begin updating once your package reaches our U.S. courier. Don’t worry — this is normal.
- Approximate Timelines: Shipping times are estimates. While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may happen on the courier’s end.
- Tracking Updates: You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

🧲 Machine & Supplies Compatibility
Are Your Magnet Supplies Compatible with Other Company's Machines?
We recommend that you order a "tester" sample pack to test out in your machines first, before ordering the full supplies set.
Our supplies are compatible with FMCraft and Memory Magnets Co machines, per direct feedback from customers that have ordered our tester sample packs.
If you have a similar-looking style machine from Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, or anywhere else, we recommend that you order a "tester" sample pack to test out in your machines first, before ordering the full supplies set.
Additionally, if you purchased a Fridge Flair® magnet machine kit, and you end up using supplies that are not purchased through us and your machine gets damaged, that is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty policy of our machines, as we cannot verify the quality or compatibility of supplies sourced elsewhere.
Our supplies are NOT compatible with any of the US machines (Tecre, mPro, Titan Press or American Button Machine).
Our supplies are not compatible with other styles of machines (plastic, combo metal/plastic, or rounded corner plastic type). If you are unsure, please reach out to us with any questions at hello@fridgeflair.com .
Do You Offer Test Supply Packs So I Can See if It Works on the Machine I Have?
Yes! We do have magnet supply sample test packs available. Currently, we have sample test packs for sizes 2"x2" , 2.5"x2.5" and 2.5"x3.5". Please check out the Magnet Supply Sample page to order.
Will You Be Offering Acrylic Machine Kits or Refill Supplies?
Our Fridge Flair® magnet machines are capable of producing magnets with both cardboard and acrylic backings.
Currently, we are only offering the magnet machine kit supplies with the cardboard backings.
In the future, we may offer the acrylic backings option, but they cost more to ship due to weight. We are trying to keep costs down as much as possible for everyone.
Every ounce counts when it comes to shipping costs, including for YOUR customers when you're making and shipping out their customer photo magnet orders.
Do I Have to Order Re-Supplies from Your Company?
Because we cannot verify the quality or compatibility of supplies sourced elsewhere, we recommend re-ordering your supplies through Fridge Flair®.
We only deal with one reputable factory/supplier for the machine kits and the supplies. We do not source your re-supplies from multiple suppliers, like other companies do. This is to protect the quality, consistency and compatibility of our products.
The magnet machine warranty does not cover damage due to supplies that you did not purchase through us. We are not responsible for supplies sourced elsewhere, as we cannot verify quality or compatibility.
Do You Source Supplies from Different Manufacturers?
We only deal with one reputable factory/supplier for all of our Fridge Flair® magnet machine kits and magnet-making supplies. We do not source your re-supplies from multiple suppliers, like other companies do. This is to protect the quality, consistency and compatibility of our products.
What is the Difference Between Cardboard Backings vs Acrylic Backings
The cardboard backings have a cleaner "tucked in" magnet look and closed corners. They are also lighter and cost less to ship.
Every ounce counts in shipping!
The acrylic backings, while sturdier, take extra steps in the magnet making process. The magnet is not "tucked in", instead it is placed on after you make the magnet on the magnet machine press. Acrylic is heavier and costs more to ship.
Can Your Machines Press BOTH Cardboard and Acrylic Backed Magnets?
YES! Our machines have capabilities to press both cardboard backed magnets and acrylic backed magnets.
What Kind of Paper Should I Use?
Recommended paper thickness to use 115-157 GSM. For example, those of you with an Epson 8550 or similar - Koala Inkjet Glossy Photo Paper 115gsm works great. We have more recommendations in your Getting Started Guide that will be emailed to you.
