At Fridge Flair™, we stand behind every machine we sell — because your creativity deserves equipment that performs beautifully for years to come. Every magnet-making machine includes a Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

Each Fridge Flair™ machine is built with precision and care. If a part ever fails due to a manufacturing defect — not from regular use or handling — we’ll repair or replace it to get you creating again as quickly as possible (excluding return or replacement shipping, as noted below).

There’s no expiration date on this coverage for the original owner.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Routine maintenance
  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper operation
  
• Water or liquid damage
  
• Drops, collisions, or physical impact
  
• Damage resulting from supplies, components, or accessories not purchased through Fridge Flair™ (We cannot verify quality or compatibility from supplies purchased elsewhere).
• Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or repairs beyond approved adjustments. (Note: it’s perfectly fine to remove the plate on square machines to accommodate acrylic backings — as long as you follow the instructions included in your Machine User Guide. Doing so will not void your warranty.)

How It Works:

1. Troubleshooting First – Email us at hello@fridgeflair.com if your machine isn’t working properly. Our support team will walk you through quick diagnostics and fixes.

2. Return Shipping – If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll provide instructions for returning your machine to our Michigan service center for inspection.

3. Repair or Replace – If our technicians cannot repair your machine, we’ll replace it with a new one. Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement machine.

• Keep your original packaging — it helps ensure safe transport if a return is ever needed.
  
• Always use Fridge Flair™-approved supplies to maintain warranty coverage and ensure proper fit and function.
  
• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty is offered in the United States and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
