At Fridge Flair®, we stand behind the machines we sell because your creativity deserves equipment that performs reliably for years to come.
Limited Lifetime Warranty for the Original Purchaser
Warranty Overview
Each Fridge Flair® magnet-making machine includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty — not a lifetime replacement guarantee — for the original purchaser.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to machines purchased directly from Fridge Flair® or an authorized Fridge Flair® sales channel.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as qualifying mechanical failures occurring under normal use during the reasonable service life of the machine, as determined by Fridge Flair®.
Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined below.
All Machine Sales Are Final
Because Fridge Flair® magnet-making machines are specialty production equipment, opened or used machines cannot be returned to inventory and resold as new.
Rather than offering returns on machinery, we protect customers through our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which provides support for qualifying manufacturing and mechanical defects.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, style, or machine type ordered
- Machines purchased for temporary events, one-time projects, or short-term use
- Machines that have been opened, used, assembled, handled, or removed from their original packaging
- Machines that have remained unopened past the applicable damage-reporting or inspection period
This policy allows us to maintain quality control, equipment integrity, and fair warranty support for all customers.
Inspect Your Machine Upon Arrival
Customers are responsible for inspecting their machine and kit contents promptly upon delivery.
If your machine arrives damaged or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you must contact Fridge Flair® within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fridgeflair.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outside shipping box
- Photos of the interior packaging
- Photos or video of the machine damage
- A brief description of the issue
Shipping damage is not considered a return. When reported within the required timeframe and confirmed through review, Fridge Flair® will assist with a carrier claim and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Machines that remain unopened or uninspected for an extended period may not qualify for shipping damage replacement.
What This Warranty Covers
Fridge Flair® will repair, replace, or provide technical support, at our discretion, for a machine found to have:
- A manufacturing defect
- A structural or mechanical failure caused by defective materials or workmanship
- A qualifying failure occurring under normal use and proper operation
Warranty coverage applies only when the machine has been used according to Fridge Flair® instructions, care guidelines, approved adjustments, and intended machine purpose.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Routine maintenance, adjustments, lubrication, calibration, or cleaning
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, paint wear, scuffs, or discoloration
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Damage caused by drops, impact, collisions, excessive force, or using tools to force machine operation
- Water damage, liquid exposure, humidity damage, rust, improper storage, or environmental damage
- Damage caused by improper setup, improper installation, or failure to follow the Machine User Guide
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, disassembly, or tampering
- Damage caused by use outside the machine’s intended purpose
- Damage caused by incompatible, defective, poor-quality, or improperly sized supplies, components, accessories, or consumables not supplied or approved by Fridge Flair®
- Issues resulting from customer-provided artwork, paper thickness, print materials, assembly technique, or user error
- Lost income, lost production time, lost event revenue, business interruption, or other incidental or consequential damages
Using third-party supplies does not automatically void your entire warranty. However, any damage, malfunction, misalignment, jamming, excessive wear, or performance issue caused by third-party, incompatible, or unverified supplies is not covered under this warranty.
Because Fridge Flair® cannot verify the quality, sizing, materials, coating, thickness, or compatibility of supplies purchased elsewhere, warranty claims may require review of the supplies used with the machine.
Approved Adjustments
Certain approved adjustments may be performed by the customer when instructed by Fridge Flair®.
For example, removing the plate on square machines to accommodate acrylic backings is permitted when done according to the instructions included in the Fridge Flair® Machine User Guide. Performing this approved adjustment correctly will not void your warranty.
Any adjustment, alteration, repair, or disassembly beyond approved Fridge Flair® instructions may void warranty coverage for related damage or failure.
Proof of Purchase and Claim Review
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Fridge Flair® may request:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Photos or video of the machine
- Photos or video showing the issue
- Photos of supplies being used
- A description of how the machine was operated
- Troubleshooting steps completed
- Return of the machine for inspection
Fridge Flair® reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
How to Get Warranty Support
To start a warranty request, email: hello@fridgeflair.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video demonstrating the problem
- Photos of the supplies being used
- Any troubleshooting steps already attempted
Our support team will review the issue and guide you through troubleshooting first.
If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, Fridge Flair® may provide instructions for sending the machine to our Michigan service center for inspection.
Repair or Replacement
If Fridge Flair® determines that the issue qualifies under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, we may, at our discretion:
- Provide troubleshooting or technical support
- Provide replacement parts
- Repair the machine
- Replace the machine with a new, refurbished, or comparable machine
Replacement is not automatic and will only be offered when Fridge Flair® determines that repair or parts replacement is not reasonable.
If a machine is replaced under warranty, the replacement machine is provided as a remedy for the original warranty claim and does not restart the warranty period. Any future claims involving the replacement machine will be reviewed under the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty and at the sole discretion of Fridge Flair®.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the machine in for inspection, repair, or replacement unless otherwise stated by Fridge Flair®.
Important Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers should:
- Keep the original packaging for safe transport
- Inspect the machine promptly upon delivery
- Follow the Machine User Guide
- Use properly sized, compatible supplies
- Avoid excessive force or tool-assisted operation
- Store the machine in a clean, dry environment
- Contact Fridge Flair® promptly if an issue occurs
- Stop using the machine if continued use could worsen the issue
Failure to follow proper care, operation, and storage guidelines may affect warranty eligibility.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
This warranty provides protection against qualifying manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper operation, incompatible supplies, normal wear, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Fridge Flair® reserves the right to make the final determination regarding warranty eligibility, repair, replacement, or denial of coverage.
Governing Law
This warranty is offered in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
