Custom Photo Magnets
Most custom photo magnet orders ship within 2–3 business days. Larger bulk orders and holiday-season orders may require additional processing time.
If you are placing a large order with a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss timing and expectations.
You will receive email updates as your order moves through production and shipping. Orders containing multiple items or sets may arrive in separate packages.
Magnet Machine Kits & Supplies
Machine kit orders typically require approximately one (1) week for production, quality inspection, packaging, and processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, inventory availability, holidays, and other factors.
Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Option 1: Standard Ocean Shipping
Estimated transit time: approximately 30 days after shipment.
Because machine kits ship from our overseas warehouse, tracking may initially display a U.S. port city or receiving location. This does not mean the shipment has arrived in the United States.
Tracking updates may be limited while the shipment is in transit across the ocean or awaiting customs clearance. Tracking activity typically becomes more detailed once the shipment arrives, clears U.S. Customs, and enters the domestic carrier network.
This delay is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
Option 2: Express Shipping
Estimated transit time: approximately 12 business days after shipment.
Express shipments also originate from our overseas warehouse. In some cases, tracking may initially display a U.S. receiving location before the package has entered domestic transit.
This occurs because shipping labels are often generated before the shipment clears customs and enters the UPS or FedEx network.
Tracking updates typically begin once the package reaches the United States, clears customs, and is scanned by the domestic carrier.
This is completely normal and does not indicate a delay.
Keychain Station Kits & Supplies
Keychain Station kits and supplies ship from our Michigan location.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, trade shows, holidays, or large event orders, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in separate packages.
If you have a specific event date or deadline, we recommend ordering early and contacting us before placing your order so we can discuss timing and availability.
Need Larger Bulk Quantities?
We offer larger event quantities and wholesale ordering options for photobooth companies, event businesses, brands, agencies, and large-scale activations. Contact us directly at hello@fridgeflair.com for custom ordering support, volume pricing, and event-specific recommendations.
Keychain Station Event Table Displays
Our Keychain Station Event Table Displays are made-to-order and ship directly from our production partner.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and standard delivery. An Express Shipping Upgrade may be available before adding the item to your cart.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided as guidelines and may vary slightly depending on production schedules, carrier delays, and/or weather.
Tariffs & Duties
We cover all tariffs and duties for our Magnet Machine Kits, Magnet Machine Refill Supplies and Keycain Station Event Table Displays that ship from our overseas warehouse.
Fridge Flair® customers will never receive customs or duty charges upon delivery.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your shipping notification.
Products shipping from our Michigan location typically begin showing tracking updates shortly after shipment. Products shipping from our overseas warehouse, including magnet machine kits, may experience delayed tracking updates while traveling internationally or awaiting customs clearance.
Because our machine kits ship from our overseas warehouse, we use a final-mile tracking number that becomes active once your shipment arrives in the United States, clears customs, and is accepted by the domestic carrier network.
As a result, tracking updates may appear limited, delayed, or inactive while your package is traveling internationally or awaiting customs clearance. This is completely normal and does not mean there is a problem with your order.
If your tracking appears unusual or has not updated for a period of time, please don't panic — your order is most likely still in transit and moving through the international shipping process.
Orders containing multiple machine kits or supply items may ship separately. All applicable tracking numbers will be provided.

Shipping Disclaimer
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays caused by customs processing, port congestion, weather events, shipping carriers, labor disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Fridge Flair®'s control are not grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or reimbursement.
Fridge Flair® is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs agencies, or international transportation providers.

Refund & Return Policies
Custom Photo Magnets
Because all custom photo magnets are personalized and made to order, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available once production has begun.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery at orders@fridgeflair.com and include your order number.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your order is defective, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Magnet Machine Kits
All magnet machine kit sales are final.
Because magnet-making machines are specialty production equipment, opened or used machines cannot be returned to inventory and resold as new. Rather than offering returns on machinery, Fridge Flair® protects customers through our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which provides support for qualifying manufacturing and mechanical defects.
Magnet Machine Supplies
All supply sales are final.
Due to the nature of consumable products, opened, used, tested, or partially used supplies are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample pack before purchasing larger quantities, particularly when using a non-Fridge Flair® machine.
Fridge Flair® cannot guarantee compatibility with machines manufactured by other companies.
Keychain Station Kits & Supplies
Due to the nature of event supplies, inventory preparation, and fulfillment requirements, all Keychain Station kits and supply orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exception: If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery at hello@fridgeflair.com so we can make it right.
Our Keychain Station kits and supplies ship from our Michigan location.
We want you to feel confident using your Fridge Flair® products and are happy to assist with setup questions, workflow guidance, product recommendations, and general support.
Keychain Station Event Table Displays
Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, Event Table Display purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exception: If your Event Table Display arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at hello@fridgeflair.com and provide photos of the issue so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your machine arrives damaged or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you must notify Fridge Flair® within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery by emailing hello@fridgeflair.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the internal packaging
- Photos or video of the damage
- Description of the issue
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a shipping damage claim.
Magnet Machine Warranty
Every Fridge Flair® magnet-making machine includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

Webinars & Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of webinars, trainings, recordings, downloadable materials, and digital resources, all sales are final.
If you are unable to attend a live webinar, recordings and replays will be provided when available.
No refunds will be issued for digital products, webinars, trainings, or downloadable content.
Magnet Making Course(s)
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money or achieve any specific result from taking our course(s).
Every student's outcome depends on a variety of factors, including effort, experience, implementation, time investment, skills, and market conditions.
This course is an educational product, not a done-for-you system or a guarantee of income.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a seven (7) day refund period from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within seven (7) days of purchase
- Complete the first one (1) to two (2) course modules
- Demonstrate a reasonable effort to implement the course material
- Submit completed worksheets, assignments, exercises, or other proof of implementation upon request
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests submitted after seven (7) days
- Failure to engage with the course content
- Failure to complete the required introductory modules
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Change of mind after the refund period has expired
- Failure to achieve a desired outcome or level of income
Refund eligibility will be determined based on compliance with the requirements outlined above.
How to Request a Refund
Email orders@fridgeflair.com within seven (7) days of purchase and include:
- Your receipt or order confirmation
- Your refund request
- Proof of completed coursework or implementation efforts
Refund requests are typically reviewed within two (2) business days.
