Custom Photo Magnets: Normally 2–3 business days, except for large bulk orders and orders around the busy holidays. We will make every effort to ship out as soon as possible. Please contact us for large bulk orders so that we can be on the same page with expectation and deadlines.
You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through processing and shipping.
If you ordered multiple items or sets, they may arrive in separate packages.
SPORTS LEAGUE PACKAGE ORDERS - Processing & Shipping:
*ALL* Hoop House Athletics sports magnet orders will be shipped out at the end of the basketball league season, the week of the last game, following the last game. Shipping for Hoop House Athletics is FREE.
All other sports league organization orders, please refer to your order form and shipping options note at checkout.
MAGNET MACHINE KITS & SUPPLIES ORDERS:
Production/processing time on the machine kits is typically and approximately one (1) week. Please understand the production, processing/lead time may differ order to order with an average processing time of one week. Once your order is shipped, the shipping times vary based on which shipping option you chose during checkout.
OPTION 1: Standard Shipping by sea, which means by boat, is approximately 30 days
- Please Note: Because the machine kits ship from overseas, the tracking number may initially show a U.S. location — typically a port city or receiving city. This does not mean it has already arrived in the U.S. The tracking will not update until the boat arrives, is unloaded, and clears U.S. Customs. This delay is completely normal — it simply means your shipment is either still crossing the Pacific Ocean or is being unloaded and processed through customs.
OPTION 2: Express Shipping is approximately 12 business/working days.
- Please Note: Express shipments also originate from overseas, and sometimes the tracking number will initially show a U.S. receiving or port city before the package has actually entered domestic transit. This is because the label is pre-generated while the shipment is still being prepared or awaiting flight clearance.
Tracking updates will begin once the package reaches the U.S., clears customs, and is scanned into the UPS or FedEx system for domestic delivery. This is completely normal.
TARIFFS/DUTY: Our manufacturer covers all tariffs and duties — so Fridge Flair™ customers will never face surprise charges at delivery.
If you ever do receive an unexpected customs or duty fee, please contact us right away at orders@fridgeflair.com with your order number, and we’ll make it right!
TRACKING NUMBERS: Because our products are coming from overseas, your tracking number will only update once it arrives on land to our U.S. courier. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions at all!
Shipping times are approximate. Occasional delays may occur on the couriers end, however if you ever have any questions regarding your order please feel free to reach out.
You will receive an email with tracking information to the email you provided as soon as your order is shipped. Please be sure to check your junk mail, just in case.
If you decide to order multiple kits or re-supplies, you may receive your order in multiple packages. All tracking numbers will be provided.

Custom Photo Magnets
Because our custom photo magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds, UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with your order and notify us via email within three (3) business days of the delivery confirmation of your order.
Please reach out to us at orders@fridgeflair.com and be sure to reference your order number in the subject line of the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Magnet Machine Supplies: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for supplies. We highly recommend ordering a sample test pack of magnet supplies first, to ensure they are compatible with any non-Fridge Flair™ magnet machine. (Please see FAQ section for detailed compatibility questions).

Magnet Machine Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
How it works:
- Troubleshooting First – Email us at hello@fridgeflair.com if your machine isn’t working as it should. Our tech team will walk you through quick fixes.
- Return Shipping – If troubleshooting doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll provide return shipping so you can send the machine to our Michigan service center.
- Repair or Replace – If our technicians can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it with a new one. Please note: customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement machine.
Important Notes:
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or physical damage.
- This warranty does not cover drops or collisions.
- This warranty does not cover water or liquid damage.
- This warranty does not cover damage to machine press due to supplies that you did not purchase through us. We are not responsible for supplies sourced elsewhere, as we cannot verify quality or compatibility.
- If the machine has been disassembled or tampered with, the warranty is void.
- Please keep your original machine box and packaging in case a replacement return is needed.

Due to the digital nature of our webinars and training materials, all sales are final. If you are unable to attend live, replays and/or recordings will be provided when available. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Eligibility
