Custom Photo Magnet Orders: Normally 2–3 business days, except for large bulk orders and orders around the busy holidays. You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through processing and shipping.

SPORTS PACKAGE ORDERS:

*ALL* Hoop House sports magnet orders will be shipped out at the end of the basketball league season, following the last game. Shipping is FREE.

MAGNET MACHINE KITS & MAGNET SUPPLY ORDERS:

Production/processing time on the machine kits is typically and approximately one (1) week. Please understand the production, processing, lead time may differ order to order with an average processing time of one week. Once your order is shipped, the shipping times vary based on which shipping option you chose during checkout.

• PRE-ORDERS will start to ship out the week of October 13th. Welcome 
  
• Standard Shipping by sea, which means by boat, is approximately 30 days
• Express Shipping is approximately 12 business/working days.
  
  Tariffs: You are responsible for paying any additional tariffs incurred and due at the US border. We do our best to have our shipping couriers choose routes through non-tariff countries, so most likely you will not incur any, however, due to the ever-changing US tariff wars, this is completely out of our control.
  

Because our products are coming from overseas, your tracking number will only update once it arrives on land to our U.S. courier. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions at all!

Shipping times are approximate. Occasional delays may occur on the couriers end, however if you ever have any questions regarding your order please feel free to reach out.  

You will receive an email with tracking information to the email you provided as soon as your order is shipped. Please be sure to check your junk mail, just in case.

If you decide to order multiple kits or re-supplies, you may receive your order in multiple packages. All tracking numbers will be provided.

REFUND POLICIES: Physical Products, Gift Cards, Magnet Machine Kits & Supplies, and Magnet Business Courses

Because our custom photo magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds, UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with your order and notify us via email within three (3) business days of the delivery confirmation of your order.

Please reach out to us at orders@fridgeflair.com and be sure to reference your order number in the subject line of the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Magnet Machine Kits: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for these kits.

Magnet Machine Warranty: Every magnet-making machine from Fridge Flair™ comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If your machine isn’t working as it should, please email us right away at hello@fridgeflair.com.  Our tech team will:

1. Troubleshoot with you first – to see if the issue can be fixed quickly from your end.
   
2. Provide return shipping if needed – if troubleshooting doesn’t solve the problem, we’ll cover the shipping cost for you to send the machine to our Michigan service center.
   
3. Repair or Replace – if our technicians cannot repair your machine, we’ll replace it with a new one. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new machine.
   

Important Notes:

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or physical damage.
  
• If the machine has been disassembled or tampered with, the warranty is void.
  
• Please keep your original machine box and packaging in case a return is needed.
  

We stand behind our machines with the lifetime warranty, so that you can create with confidence.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
