How to Get the Best Results:

Be sure to upload the highest resolution photos you have! After uploading, click on each photo to use the cropping tool and center your image exactly how you want it to appear on your magnet.

Whether you're gifting them, collecting them, or decorating your own space, these mini magnets pack a lot of heart in a little square.

(Please Note: Landscape photos that cannot fit in a square will have a black border, unless otherwise specified. Consider purchasing the 2.5"x3.5" rectangle custom photo magnets instead, for landscape photos and/or large group photos).

Shipping & Returns

Custom Photo Magnet Orders: Normally ships out within 2–3 business days, except for large bulk orders and orders around the busy holidays. You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through processing and shipping.

Magnet Machine Kits & Supply Orders:

Order packing and processing time for the machine kits and refill supplies is approximately one (1) week.

Once your order is shipped, the shipping times vary based on which shipping option chosen during checkout.

- Standard Shipping by Sea (up to 30 days)

- Express Shipping (12 business/working days)

Tariffs/Duties Notice: Fridge Flair® customers will never incur any surprise tariffs or fees.

We use a final-mile tracking number, which becomes active only after the package arrives and clears US Customs. Please note that your tracking number activity may not update during ocean transit, but rest assured your order is on its way.

REFUND POLICIES:

Because our custom photo magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds, UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with your order and notify us via email within three (3) business days of the delivery confirmation of your order.

Please reach out to us at orders@fridgeflair.com and be sure to reference your order number in the subject line of the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Magnet Machine Kits: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for these kits, but they are backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

Magnet Machine Warranty: Every magnet-making machine from Fridge Flair® comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If your machine isn’t working as it should, please email us right away at hello@fridgeflair.com.  Our tech team will:

  1. Troubleshoot with you first – to see if the issue can be fixed quickly from your end.
  2. Provide return shipping if needed – if troubleshooting doesn’t solve the problem, we’ll cover the shipping cost for you to send the machine to our Michigan service center.
  3. Repair or Replace – if our technicians cannot repair your machine, we’ll replace it with a new one. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new machine.

Important Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or physical damage.
  • If the machine has been disassembled or tampered with, the warranty is void.
  • Please keep your original machine box and packaging in case a return is needed.

We stand behind our machines with the lifetime warranty, so that you can create with confidence.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
